What happens after my free trial?
Your trial includes full access to your selected plan for 30 days. After that, you'll be charged automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the change is immediate. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What counts as an "order"?
An order is any order from Shopify that gets synced to Whenly. This includes orders with delivery dates scheduled through the date picker.
Do you offer refunds?
With our 30-day free trial, you can fully test Whenly before committing. If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time from your account settings. No refunds on paid subscriptions, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.
